Our wedding cakes are freshly baked to order from scratch using quality ingredients, and we pride ourselves in not using preservatives.

All flavour options of this design will have the same colour scheme as the picture shown – the frosting colours stay the same no matter what the frosting flavour is!

All the wedding cakes in this specific range are available for collection only from our Spitalfields branch and all cake designs are as shown and cannot be customised further online.
As all our cakes are handmade to order, we kindly ask that customers give a minimum of 7 days advance notice for all wedding cake orders.
The tops of our wedding cakes are perfect for decoration with cake toppers or fresh flowers, but please note that we do not provide these with your order.
Our tiered cake heights differ slightly, depending on the flavour of sponge within, this is due to natural baking conditions! Rainbow Cakes are generally taller than other flavours as each tier contains 6 layers instead of 3! Whilst we try and make each cake as perfectly as possible, they are made individually so the final product may vary in proportion slightly to that depicted on the website.

**Our Red Velvet cakes contain distilled white vinegar which is fermented from barley. We have consulted with the Coeliac Society who have told us that if this vinegar is used in a food product then we must list the word ‘barley’ in the ingredients list in line with EU-wide allergen labelling law. However, as distilled white vinegar is made using a fermentation process, this means that the amount of barley, and therefore gluten, in the end product is extremely small and is well below a level which is safe for people with coeliac disease. This level is made even lower as the vinegar is used in very small amounts in the Red Velvet batter. The data spec sheet for the particular type of vinegar that we use confirms that no traces of gluten have been detected during tests.
