Our Customer Care team is on-hand from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, to deal with any enquiries you may have about our products and services. Our team will also be happy to direct any customer feedback or complaints to the relevant branch or check the status of an existing order.

The exact science of baking means that things don’t always go to plan in the kitchen, even our expert bakers have their fair share of caketastrophes!
Unfortunately, we can’t answer individual baking questions, but we have created an online baking information resource to help address our home bakers’ most frequently asked queries.
