Join the Hummingbird Bakers at our Richmond bakery for cupcake decorating classes especially for little ones! Let your mini bakers unleash their creativity with pretty cupcakes to decorate and take home.
Every Monday and Tuesday, with additional days added during school holidays, our bakery in the heart of Richmond invites children to have a go at decorating their own cupcakes. Already baked fresh that morning, six vanilla sponges await sumptuous buttercream frostings, fondant decorations, sprinkles and glitters.
Teeny tots will have a terrific time rolling and cutting out fondant shapes from soft balls of sugar fondant, with lots of mess to be made with bowls of colourful frostings that can be applied with either a plastic palette knife or, with a bit of help, using a piping bag.
Every month we have a fun new design theme, offering different toppings for the next visit, so budding bakers can create something new each time!
