Our Customer Care team is on-hand from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, to deal with any enquiries you may have about our products and services. Our team will also be happy to direct any customer feedback or complaints to the relevant branch or check the status of an existing order.
Paying for your order Ordering online with The Hummingbird Bakery is easy and safe. Please note that we are unable to take credit card payments for orders over the phone. This is to protect genuine customers and help prevent fraudulent purchases being made with credit cards. Any orders placed through our Customer Care team that could be placed online will incur a £5.00 surcharge. Payments for telephone orders can be made in the following ways:
Delivery & Ordering
The Hummingbird Bakery delivery service runs seven days a week between the hours of 10am and 6pm.
We are unfortunately unable to offer specific times slots on your chosen day of delivery. We deliver to most London postcodes but please check our Ordering Info page to make sure your address is covered.
When placing an order for delivery, please be sure to provide a telephone number on which our driver can contact you or the recipient should there be any problems in delivering the order.
