To manage all aspects of the Branch, as a member of the middle management team, ensuring quantity, quality and flow of production, presentation of product, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene and high quality customer service.
Branch Assistant Manager
To assist and support the Branch Manager in the day - to - day supervision of Front of House and Kitchen, deputising for the Manager in accordance with staff rostering requirements.
Front of House Team Leader
To supervise the Hummingbird Front of House team to ensure the presentation and sale of the Hummingbird product range is at the highest possible standard of customer service to customers.
Front of House Team Member
To present and sell the Hummingbird product range to the general public to the highest possible standard, by ensuring the shop is clean, cakes are displayed in accordance to procedure and the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Kitchen Senior Team Leader
To manage the Hummingbird Kitchen team to ensure the design, quality, production of the Hummingbird range is to the highest possible standard of food preparation, decoration and delivery.
Kitchen Team Leader
To supervise the Hummingbird Kitchen team to ensure the design, quality and production of the Hummingbird range is to the highest possible standard of food preparation, decoration and delivery.
Kitchen Team Member
To prepare the Hummingbird range of products, to the highest possible standard of Food Hygiene, preparation, decoration and delivery in line with targets and schedules.
To deliver the Company’s products to our customers, ensuring all orders arrive promptly and in pristine condition, to the correct address. To act as an ambassador for the Hummingbird Bakery and to behave at all times in a courteous and professional manner during interactions with customers, fellow road users, members of the public and with colleagues.
