The Hummingbird Bakery at Isle of Wight Festival

It’s muddy and rainy but nothing will keep the crowds from freshly baked cupcakes as The Hummingbird Bakery visits the Isle of Wight Festival 2012!
As our second gig on the summer festival circuit, The Hummingbird Bakery’s shiny new mobile unit has already made its maiden sea voyage… all the way across the Solent to the Isle of Wight!
Our own little bakery on wheels managed to make it through the muddy conditions to set up home in the grounds of Seaclose Park in Newport, which has been taken over by festival goers looking to hear some of the biggest names in the music world.
As Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Pearl Jam and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band prepare to astound the waiting wellie-clad crowds, sweet treats are in the oven courtesy of London’s American-style bakery!
